At Palm Lover Club, every item is made to order, just for you. This approach helps us reduce overproduction and limit waste, supporting a more conscious way to shop.

📦 Return & Exchange Policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the following cases:

  • The product is defective
  • It arrives damaged
  • You receive the wrong item

If any of these issues occur, please contact us at hi@palmloverclub.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product

We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

🇪🇺 For European (EU/EEA Residents)

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us at info@palmloverclub.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please note: This return right does not apply to defective or incorrect items, which are covered under our standard return process (see above).

⚠️ Important Notes

  • We recommend verifying sizing and order details before checking out. Make sure to double check the size chart in each of our product description. 
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • You are responsible for paying your return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be excluded from your refund.
